Culture of "Hanami"

In spring, many Japanese spread out a rug under the cherry blossoms in full bloom and have a party with family or co-workers while watching the blossoms. This is called Hanami and is one of the annual events.
In this way, Japanese people have a custom of eating and drinking outdoors while admiring the scenery. In autumn they hold a party called Momijigari under the trees that have turned red.
In both cases, instead of eating while walking, there will be an outdoor dining area and alcohol will be served.
It is one of the traditional Japanese customs.
